This Disclaimer applies to publicly available information on yourstoryz.com and related ShareStoryz websites. Use of the YourStoryz applications, dashboard, subscriptions, content-processing and publication services is governed by the applicable Terms of Service. Processing of personal data is governed by the Global Privacy & Cookie Notice.

If this Disclaimer conflicts with mandatory law or an applicable written agreement, mandatory law and the applicable agreement take priority.

We take reasonable care to keep website information accurate and current. Website content is provided for general information and does not constitute legal, financial, technical or other professional advice.

For merchants, legal entities under public law and special funds under public law, the courts competent for Munich, Germany, have exclusive jurisdiction to the extent legally permitted.
